"Endorsement from lawyer, John Buckley, Denver (CO). Gary Pirosko is not only a leader in the Colorado community of DUI defense attorneys but also one of the national experts in this arena. If I have a practice question, Gary is on the short list of resources I contact. His knowledge is not only based on his extremely professional representation of his clients but also his past positions as a former prosecutor and deputy sheriff.

“Congrats my friend. This honor is well deserved!” FD.

The Day of Your Arrest

It would be extremely helpful if you could word process a chronology of what you remember about your arrest and the events of the preceding 24 hours. Please be as detailed as possible, listing one idea / action per sentence with a line between each idea. Indicate who said or did what, when each event happened (including how many minutes elapsed), where each person was, etc. Please include names, addresses and phone numbers of any witnesses. Please include whether you were exposed to any type of solvents or chemicals at home or at work. It is also important that you read carefully through the police report once you receive it and write out anything you disagree with or that you think needs to be added to make it a more complete story. I understand that this may take you some time, but the more information you can provide me early on, the better job I can do defending your case.
